Do you offer any discounts? 

We try to keep our prices as low as possible. We do offer 10% off screen printing services to any currently serving military personnel.

​​​​What is the minimum order for screen printing?

The minimum order for screen printing is 12 pieces of the same artwork. This can be a combination of t-shirts, long sleeves, sweatshirts, etc., as long as the design is the same size and ink color for all.


What is the minimum order for embroidery?

No minimums on custom embroidery.


What brand and products do you carry?

Here are just a few of the brands we carry. Gildan, American Apparel, Bella, and Next Level Apparel. 

We carry just about any brand int he industry and can print on almost any wearable products, including t-shirts, sweatshirts, athletic apparel, sleepwear, tote bags, bandanas, doggie apparel, jackets, sweatpants, and more.  We also offer embroidery on hats, caps, beanies, polos, jackets, crewnecks, blankets, towels, robes and any other apparel made of durable fabric. Can I get just one shirt made?

Yes! We offer single shirt orders using high-quality full heat transfer lettering.


Can I mix and match item styles?​ 

Certainly, as long as the design will fit on each item. For example, if you have a design that's styled to fit on a men's XXL, it may not fit correctly on a youth XS and a new screen setup would have to be made (thus leading to increased cost). Also, the design ink colors need to be the same on each item or you will have to pay an ink change fee of $25 per screen that needs to be changed. 


Do you print on demand or do you have to pay upfront? 

We require a 50% deposit on special orders.


How can I get a quote on an order?

The best way to get a custom price quote is to contact us in person or by phone or email. We can walk you through the choices you have. 


What is your turn around time or when will I receive my order?
Typically, around 14 business days, it can be less depending on the time of year. 

Do you have rush service?
Yes. If you need your order faster than 10 business days, we can usually accommodate this without a rush fee. However, if we are extremely busy and we have to move scheduled jobs around to produce your order on time, we will need to charge you the following rush fees as needed:

Where are you located?
Our retail store is located at 208 Milwaukee Ave E Fort Atkinson WI 53538. This location features a large showroom, showcasing the many products you can order as well as friendly staff to help you decide which product is best for you. We also do our embroidery and screen printing here.

What are your hours of operation?
Our store is open Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Evenings and Saturday by appointment.

Can I see samples of your work and the products you offer?
Yes, we have a large sample room where you can come see blank apparel and samples of our past work.  If you are not local and would like blank samples shipped to you, we are more than happy to accommodate. Charges for the apparel and shipping apply, and there are no refunds on samples.
